24. Community Archives - Accounting (1577-1799 - envelope)

Papers, various dimensions, quinternions and loose leaves

Folder consisting of numerous quinternions and loose leaves including accounts of stewards, notes and section of expenses, balance sheets of Charitable Institutions, assets and liabilities of the community, debtor's notes of the same, payment orders for incomes and estates, various kinds of documents including a poll tax register and a land tax section. A careful comparison with the Inventario generale has shown that most of the documentation of this folder comes from "fascicolo 2" (bundle 2), and namely, of the 42 items there listed n. 2, 6, 9-12, 14-19, 21-24, 26-37, 39 and 40 are present; moreover there are also two further ledgers in the same inventory respectively at n. 5/16 ("Libro detto rivista di tutte le bocche fuori di Vignola") and 4/17 ("Comparto di ghiaja nell'anno 1782" [but actually 1792]).
