A miscellaneous folder including several petitions addressed to the Marquises Rangoni, part of the Podesteria’s administrative correspondence, as well as the deeds regarding the examinations of two podestà and a bundle of bans, proclamations and handwritten notifications of the podesteria of Campiglio.

45. Archives of the Podesteria of Campiglio - Book of resolutions and accounts of the Community of Campiglio and the PODESTERIA (1754-1777 - reg.)

Cowhide ledger with leaves numbered only on rear, in which are recorded the minutes of the sessions of Campiglio community council, according to the original numbering between leaves 175 and 176 6 leaves have been inserted the numbering of which starts from 1 again and in which are recorded several minutes of the sessions of the podesteria council (October 3 1768 – September 1 1769). Furthermore the register records the expenditure and income of the community’s stewards as well as the annual appointment of the steward, of the two reggenti (deputies), of the water magistrate, the supplies magistrate and the bell-ringer (from 1771 with the approval of the Marquis Rangoni); the ceremonies for the installation of the podestà, during which the warrant of appointment is presented, are attended by the representatives of all the communities, namely Campiglio, Denzano and Villabianca (in 1769 also Rosola). Of particular note are the sessions during which, between 1768 and 1771, a decision is made on the lowering and demolition of Campiglio tower (88r., 91v., 179-181).

Cowhide ledger with leaves numbered only on rear, in which are recorded the annual accounts presented by the pro tempore stewards for the revenue and expenditure of the community and, until 1796, the salt accounts; the accounts cover continuously the period spanning the years 1793-1803, without being influenced by the various changes of government that occurred in this period, namely the French Republic (1797), the Cisalpine Republic (1798-1801) and the Italian Republic (1802-1803).
