It houses about 65000 books, most of which on open shelves and arranged according to Dewey Decimal Classification topic classes. The three fiction sections (Children, Youngsters and Adults) are arranged in alphabetical order according to the first three letters of the author’s surname. The catalogue can be consulted through the Auriga interrogation program.
The current newspaper and magazine section offers 11 dailies and about 110 journals on various topics.
Also at the disposal of visitors are multimedia works such as data banks, newspaper year files, interactive foreign language courses, atlases, dictionaries, etc...
